Limited personal-use license

RINGO Enterprises, Inc. grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the CommonGround application solely for personal household organization. The application may not be sold, licensed, sublicensed, assigned, transferred, redistributed, reproduced for commercial use, reverse engineered, used to gain unauthorized access, or used in violation of law.

Monthly fee and evaluation access

The standard fee for each active CommonGround Space is US$6.00 per month, recurring monthly until canceled. Each Space represents one separately licensed co-parenting relationship and includes up to two personal login accounts. Both account holders may use their login on multiple personal devices. Only one Space owner is responsible for the recurring fee; the invited co-parent does not pay an additional fee for that same Space. CommonGround is currently being evaluated, and paid billing has not started. No payment method is currently collected, and no user will be charged automatically or retroactively for use during this evaluation period.

Before paid billing begins, RINGO Enterprises, Inc. will provide advance notice of the billing start date, payment method, included access, renewal terms, applicable taxes and cancellation method, and will obtain the user's affirmative authorization. Once activated, the fee will be charged in advance and will automatically renew each month until canceled. Cancellation will stop future renewals; access will ordinarily continue through the end of the paid billing period. Any price change will be disclosed before it applies.

Ownership

RINGO Enterprises, Inc. is the developer and sole and exclusive owner of the CommonGround application and all associated software, source code, object code, functionality, architecture, workflows, designs, interfaces, graphics, branding, documentation, content, enhancements, derivative works and other intellectual property, excluding user-provided content and third-party services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No title, ownership interest or intellectual-property right is transferred to any user.

Information and privacy

The application stores checklist content, purchase information, responsibility splits, activity history, profile settings and user-uploaded receipts or photos. This information is used only to provide the shared features. RINGO Enterprises, Inc. does not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Application records are stored in a private hosted database. Uploaded receipts and profile photos are stored separately in private cloud object storage. Authorized users are responsible for avoiding unnecessary payment-card, banking, medical or other highly sensitive information in uploads.

Optional receipt reading

When a user chooses automatic receipt reading, the selected receipt image is securely sent to an artificial-intelligence processing provider solely to identify purchase details and prefill the form. CommonGround requests that this processing response not be stored by the provider. RINGO Enterprises, Inc. does not use receipt content to train its own models or for advertising. The user must review and confirm every extracted value before saving. Attaching the receipt to a saved purchase remains a separate action and stores that file in CommonGround's private receipt storage.

Security and deletion

Reasonable safeguards include secure sessions, login throttling, private storage and optional Face ID protection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Deleted checklists remain restorable for 30 days and are then removed. Deleting a purchase also deletes its attached receipt file.

Third-party services

Apple Calendar and Venmo are independent third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. RINGO Enterprises, Inc. does not process payments, access Venmo credentials, transmit Face ID data or guarantee completion of third-party actions. Users must review and confirm all payment information inside Venmo.

No warranty

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” for personal convenience. To the extent permitted by law, RINGO Enterprises, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user entry errors, interrupted availability, lost third-party transactions or decisions made from application information.

Acceptance and changes

Using the application indicates acceptance of this notice. If a user does not agree, the user should stop using the application. This notice may be updated as features or data practices change.
